This Privacy Policy describes how Alex Hosner ("I," "me," or "my") collects, uses, and protects information obtained through alexhosner.com and intro-offer.alexhosner.com (collectively, the "Sites"). By using the Sites, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

1. Information I Collect

I collect information in two ways: information you provide directly, and information collected automatically when you visit the Sites.

Information you provide:

Name and email address when booking a consultation
Phone number, if provided during booking
Any information you voluntarily share in the booking notes field
Payment information processed securely through Stripe (I do not store card details)

Information collected automatically:

Browser type, device type, and operating system
IP address and approximate geographic location
Pages visited, time on site, and referring URL
Interaction data collected via Meta Pixel and Google Tag Manager (see Section 4)

2. How I Use Your Information

Information collected is used solely for the following purposes:

To confirm and manage consultation bookings
To process payments through Stripe
To communicate with you regarding your scheduled session
To measure the performance of advertising campaigns (aggregate, anonymized data only)
To improve the content and functionality of the Sites

I do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

3. Consultation Confidentiality

All information disclosed during a consultation session is governed by a separate mutual confidentiality agreement (NDA), which is provided prior to each session. The NDA supersedes this Privacy Policy with respect to session content. Session notes are destroyed within 30 days of the session, or immediately upon request.

This Privacy Policy governs data collected through the Sites only — not the content of consultations.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Sites use the following tracking technologies:

Meta Pixel: A tracking script provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. that records page visits and certain user interactions to measure advertising effectiveness. Data collected by the Meta Pixel is subject to Meta's Privacy Policy.
Google Tag Manager: A tag management system used to deploy and manage tracking scripts. Data collected through tags is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

You may opt out of Meta's tracking at facebook.com/ads/preferences and Google's tracking at adssettings.google.com.

5. Third-Party Services

The Sites integrate with the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

Cal.com — Booking and scheduling. Privacy Policy
Stripe — Payment processing. Privacy Policy
Meta Platforms, Inc. — Advertising. Privacy Policy
Google LLC — Tag management. Privacy Policy

6. Data Retention

Booking records are retained for a maximum of 12 months following the session date, after which they are permanently deleted. Payment records are retained as required by applicable tax law. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting me directly.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights with respect to your personal information:

Access: Request a copy of the personal information I hold about you
Correction: Request correction of inaccurate information
Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information
Opt-out: Opt out of tracking technologies as described in Section 4

Canadian residents have rights under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). To exercise any of these rights, contact me at the address below.

8. Data Security

I take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe and is never stored on my servers.

9. Children's Privacy

The Sites are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. I do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted information through the Sites, please contact me immediately.

10. Changes to This Policy

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Sites following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
